Register As A Vendor or Sponsor

The terms Vendor and Sponsor may be a bit confusing. At the risk of making the terms more confusing we will try to define how the Big Iron Classic defines them.

VENDOR
At the Big Iron Classic we define a vendor as a company, group or single individual that has a product or service and would like some kind of booth or space to do that from. This could be someone selling food or a large auto parts company selling big truck components.

SPONSOR
???

Becoming a sponsor at the Big Iron Classic is an excellent way to reach a prequalified audience of big truck lovers. There have been over 10,000 people that attend last years event. As any marketing advisor knows brand recognition is what it is all about. The more people (especially those in your market place) see and hear your company band the more likely they are to buy from you. But not only are you promoting your business you are helping support local charities.

VENDOOR RULES AND INFORMATION

1. The booth spaces available are 10'x10' Additional $100 per 10 sq ft.

2. Electricity will be available at an additional charge of $26.00. Please specify if you need it on the registration form.

3. Provide your own tables and chairs.

4. Nor driver recruitment please.

5. Vendor building hours will be 8am-5pm Friday and Saturday.

6. Donated door pries will be given out at the truck pull. Special drawings orchestrated by vendors themselves will provide a winners sheet for participants to view at the administrations area.

7. If you would like to add something to the grab bags please have the items in our possession no later than August 1.

8. Vendor fees are as follows:

   • T-shirt's - $150.00 includes advertisement during truck pull.

   • Booth Rental - Start at $500.00, Inside/outside includes name on t-shirt, posters and advertisement during truck pull.

     INSIDE BOOTHS ARE LIMITED AND ARE AVAILABLE TO THE FIRST 16 VENDORS REGISTERED.

   • Golden sponsor - $2,500.00 or more includes:

     •  Name/logo on annual Big Iron Classic T-shirt

     • Name/logo on annual Big Iron Classic poster

     • advertisement during truck pull

     • 10 pit passes to truck pull.

9. Space is limited, so please send your registration and fee in by May 1st.

   A LATE FEE OF $200>OO WILL BE CHARGED AFTER MAY 1st.

10. Outside booths are available if you have your own set up. Fee is the same as inside booths, please let us know if you choose an outside location, so we may accommodate you.
