2009 TRUCKS
This year at the Big Iron Classic Truck Show And Charity Drive there
were about 500 trucks registered for the event. This album contains
pictures of many of the trucks on display.

2009 TRUCKS AND DRIVERS
This year we took extra effort to locate more drivers and photograph
them with their rides. Last year we seemed to have just Trucks and no
drivers.

2009 TRUCK PULL
On Saturday night there is a truck pull at the Grandstand. Four class
(Open, Antique, Light and Heavy) are contended. The highlight of the
night being a pull-off by the class winners for two "King Of The Hill"
titles.

2009 - EILEN - Pre Pull Program
Prior to the truck pull on Saturday night the Big Iron Classic Truck
Show And Charity Drive had program to honor Jake Eilen who passed away
this last year. Jake was an active member of the BIC, on hand was his
wife, baby son and family members. Also, part of the ceremony was
several Semi-trucks dedicated to Jake's memory.

2009 AWARD CEREMONY
After the truck pull on Saturday evening an awards ceremony was held to
acknowledge the winners, second place and third place finishers of each
of the four classes. The Hi-light of the ceremony was the awarding of
both "King Of The Hill" trophies.

2009 TRUCK PARADE
Saturday afternoon about 50 of the trucks line up and exit the fair
grounds. The convey through the host town of Kasson and through the
rural roads and towns returning to the Big Iron Classic Truck Show And
Charity Drive after about an hour and a half.

2009 LIGHT SHOW
The big trucks turn on their running lights and sound their locomotive
horns on Friday and Saturday evenings. Some trucks have flames coming
from the exhaust. The evening has a carnival atmosphere... who needs
secondary lighting when the Big Iron Classic Truck Show And Charity
Drive never gets dark.

2009 OTHER VEHICALS
Not only are there a huge number of Semi-trucks registered for the Big
Iron Classic Truck Show And Charity Drive, but also many other types of
vehicles that are displayed. This album contains pictures of some of
these vehicles at the 2009 BIC.

2009 HOOD ORNIMENTS & DECALS
This is a unique photo album. It is dedicated to the different types of
hood ornaments on trucks at the Big Iron Classic Truck Show And Charity
Drive. Also in the album is a collection of the trivia printed on the
sides of the cabs and trailers of many of the trucks.

2009 SPECIAL GUESTS
Each year the Big Iron Classic Truck Show And Charity Drive has several
notorieties from the truckin' industry who come to talk and sign
autographs. This year there was: "The Original Ice Road Trucker", Alex
Debogorski, a reality show following truckers who drive on frozen lakes
and rivers in the Yukon. The crew from O'Hare Trucking and the reality
show "Wrecked" that follows their super large wrecker as it responds to
accidents. Meredith Ochs the co-host of Sirius XM Road Dog Truckin'
Radio. Chrome Shop Mafia, a reality show that "tricks out" semi-trucks.

2009 VENDORS
Our Vendors help support the Big Iron Classic and each year come to set
up a booth to display their products. They spend each day talking to
people about their products, making sales, potential sales calls and
just sharing stories. This album show some of the vendors who

2009 FOOD VENDORS
This is one photo album I have to stay out of! It reminds me of all the
great tasting, good smelling food at the show. I just loved the Cheese

2009 CAMPING
Many people camp throughout the fairgrounds during the Big Iron Classic
Truck Show And Charity Drive. There is a designated camping area on the
East side of the Grandstand. These images are of the individuals camping
during the show.

There are many carts and four wheelers brought to the Big Iron Classic
Truck Show And Charity Drive. Many of these carts are custom made just
for the show and are very unique. This photo album contains pictures of
various carts and four wheelers seen during the 2009 BIC.
